To do this, we take great strides to ensure our staff are well-trained and fully qualified with pvg's. Once we have mutually agreed you or your loved ones care plan, it will be delivered exactly as agreed. You will always know who is coming to deliver your care and will keep you informed of any changes as and when necessary. We understand that every person is different and that's why we tailor every individuals care plan to each individual.
